1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:

Single-course purchases (within 7 days of purchase, less than 10% completed)

Subscription plans (within 3 days of first payment if no course is accessed)

Duplicate purchases

Technical issues that prevent access and remain unresolved for more than 5 business days
Not eligible for refund:

Courses with over 10% progress

Certification fees

Group licenses once activated

Custom or enterprise contracts
2. Refund Request Process

3. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued:

To the original payment method

Within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
4. Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription:

You retain access until the end of the billing period

No prorated refunds are offered unless covered under eligibility criteria

Skillasy may issue a refund beyond policy terms in good faith for:
