We want you to have the best learning experience on Skillasy. If you are not satisfied with a course or purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Single-course purchases (within 7 days of purchase, less than 10% completed)

  • Subscription plans (within 3 days of first payment if no course is accessed)

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical issues that prevent access and remain unresolved for more than 5 business days

Not eligible for refund:

  • Courses with over 10% progress

  • Certification fees

  • Group licenses once activated

  • Custom or enterprise contracts

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email support@skillasy.com

  • Include order ID, email address, and reason

  • Allow up to 7 business days for processing

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

4. Subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription:

  • You retain access until the end of the billing period

  • No prorated refunds are offered unless covered under eligibility criteria

5. Special Circumstances

Skillasy may issue a refund beyond policy terms in good faith for:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Billing errors

  • Unintended multiple accounts

6. Denial of Refund

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Violate our policy

  • Appear to be abuse of the system

  • Lack adequate information
